 THE BELT BUCKLE

This belt buckle is made by a combination of precision CNC machining, the best materials and exact handwork. The buckle surfacing is implemented by ceramic spraying with original American paint CERAKOTTE, which is mainly used for surfacing of weapons and in the aircraft industry. This paint is manually applied and then heat fixed. As a result, our buckles have unrivalled surfacing, unmatched with common painting. The size of buckle is 89 mm x 40 mm x 8 mm (L x W x D).

THE BELT

Our belt is hand made from the best cowhide tailored to each customer. The cowhide thickness is approximately four millimeters, which guarrantees the durability and longevity of this belt. The belt width is 40 mm. The length of the belt is determined by each customer according to the waist circumference.

OUR KNIFE

The knife is made from high- grade stainless Bohler N690 and vacuum- hardened.

The size of the knife is 86 mm x 25mm x 3 mm (L x W x D), whereas the length of edge is 35 mm.

We supply the classic knife as standard. If you prefer the push dagger, write a note in our shopping cart.

Complete belt with knife is made exclusively in Czech Republic.

 FREGUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• HOW DOES THE BELT WORK?

The belt buckle hides inside the ejecting knife. Firstly you have to push the movable pressbutton on the upper part of the buckle, then will be the knife ejected automatically.

•  WHAT SIZES OF THE BELTS ARE MANUFACTURED?

Each belt is made directly to custom´s measurement. There is seven holes to turn on the belt. The middle hole is done according to your specified measurement. The buckle´s size is 89 mm x 40 mm and the belt´s widht is 40 mm.

• HOW SHOULD I MEASURE YOUR WAISTLINE?

Your waistline can measure directly on ourselves (we recommend measuring over trousers) or according to your belt. It´s measured the distance from the edge of the buckle to used hole. See picture.

Be careful, you must not confuse your waistline with the whole length of your belt. Our belts have a different length than the classic belt, thanks to the specific buckle.

•  HOW CAN I ORDER OWN LOGO ON THE BUCKLE?

•  WHAT IS THE DELIVERY DATE?

If you order a standard models from our e-shop we send it no later than the second day after receipt your order

In the case of individual logo, the delivery time is 14 days.
